You need a security card to make keys

If you have lost your security card, you must first order a duplicate key card. To do so, you will need to prove to us that you are authorised to order a key card and keys. For example, a land registry statement or a contract for the purchase and sale of an apartment where we can see that you are the owner and have the right. In the case of commercial premises, a board member authorisation is also suitable, which grants you the right to order keys.
